Overview:
Perform through this menu the association of functional roles with registered users who perform them. In the first quadrant of this menu, the search filters are displayed, which allow you to locate the desired functional roles more easily. The second quadrant displays the users recorded in the system, while the third quadrant displays the functional roles associated with the user selected in the second quadrant.
Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to associate a functional role with the selected user in the second quadrant. For further information on this operation, see Associating a user with a functional role.

Click on this button to edit the user x functional role relationship selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the user x functional role relationship selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and report all records or only selected records, set up a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that can be used to set up new reports.

Use "Search Filters" to find the records more easily, through information specific to the functional role, such as ID #, name, and status of the record and/or user information associated with the role: user ID, name, own user, leader position, or user record status.
