If they are not checked, these operations will not be possible. ▪The records that will be available for viewing, as well as the possibility of adding, editing or viewing the data, may vary depending on the permissions granted in the security list of the type and record in question, in the components to which they belong. In this section, it is possible to add new articles, as well as to associate articles already recorded in the SE Knowledge Base component and that are related to the incident. To do this, first, define whether the article will be associated in the "Current instance" or the "Activity under execution". After that, use the buttons in this section to perform the desired operation:

Click on this button to create an article by associating it with the activity. By clicking on this button, a screen will be displayed to select the knowledge base in which the article will be stored. Then, the article screen will be displayed. Enter an ID # and a name for the article and fill out its content. When this button is clicked, the document data screen will appear, in which you must select the category that will classify the document you wish to add. At this point, the other fields on the document data screen will be enabled to be filled out. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Document component, in the File Document menu, for a detailed description on how to complete the fields in the document data screen.

Click on this button to associate a document with the activity in question. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the document that will be associated with the incident. Check the "Link revision" option if you wish to associate a specific revision of the selected document; the system makes available the current, in progress, and obsolete revisions. Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one document at a time. It is important to note that, depending on the configurations set in the activity data, in process modeling, only documents belonging to specific categories can be associated.
