Location: View Initiative
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view all the initiatives saved in SE Portfolio, regardless of their current status. Notice that in this search the system will display only the last released revision of each initiative.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data screen of the initiative selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to generate a financial table report, export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, set up a new report, associate an existing report or to view the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to generate a bubble chart with the variables of the initiative selected from the list of records. This chart compares sets of three values, in which the size of each bubble or the data marker indicates the value of a third variable. Bubble charts are useful in comparing three measurements with many values. Use the Initiatives tab on the bubble chart screen to add more initiatives to the chart or delete initiatives added to it and the Parameters tab to configure the parameters that will be applied to each initiative.

Click on this button to generate a chart of one of the variables from the financial chart under the scenarios associated with the initiative type selected from the list of records. Use the Filters tab screen on the chart screen to select the variable that will be used, the desired chart type, and the size of its viewing.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Initiative: Select the initiative that you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the initiative you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the initiative you wish to view.
Initiative status: Check the status in which the initiative that you wish to view is found (planning, evaluation, approval, released, revision).

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the initiative that you wish to view, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat the procedure.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute that will be displayed as a column in the list of record of the search. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add button at the lower part of the panel that will be displayed.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the "Search filters" panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
