Location: View Revision
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view all the revisions performed in the initiatives saved in SE Portfolio, regardless of their status.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data screen of the initiative selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the "Search filters View favorite records" section.

Initiative: Select the initiative whose revision you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the initiative whose revision you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the initiative whose revision you wish to view.
Initiative status: Select the status in which the revision to be viewed is found (planning, evaluation, approval, released, revision).
Revision date: Enter the time period that covers the day of the revision you wish to view.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the initiative whose revision you wish to view, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat the procedure.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute associated with the initiative whose revision you wish to view and click on the Apply button. To use more than one attribute in this view, simply click on the Add button and repeat the procedure.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the "Search filters" panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
