Location: View To-do tasks
Overview:
Through this menu it is possible to track the tasks of any SE Portfolio user. This view enables, for example, leaders to check whether their subordinates are executing their tasks within the established deadline.
It is important to point out that, in this menu, it will not be allowed to execute the tasks. To execute them, the user must access the Tasks menu.

In the Task type filter, click on the Select task type button.

Use the search filters on the upper part of the panel that will be displayed to find the task types that will be searched for. Enter, in the respective fields, the desired Tasks, User, Position, or Department responsible for its execution. Check the Display lower level records option so that the position or department sub-levels tasks are also considered in the search.
▪Use the buttons next to the Tasks field to "Expand" and view the task list, "Check all" the available tasks, and "Clear" what has been checked. ▪Use the buttons next to the User, Position, and Department fields to fill them in with the "Logged user data" or "Clear" the filled in value. |

After that, click on the Search button and the result will be displayed in the list of records at the bottom of the panel. If the displayed tasks are not the desired ones, just repeat the procedure described before until you obtain the desired result. Otherwise, click on the Apply button to search for the records related to the task types.
The task types that will be searched for are displayed in the Search panel, on the left side of main screen, separated by types: Execution and Tracking.
