Task:

Request execution - Task generated through the SE Request component

Who receives it:

The responsible for the request execution, defined when issuing it.

When:

Just as the issue/approval step (as configured) is finished by the due responsible parties through the SE Request component.

Purpose:

Add new initiatives, which meet the requested needs, to the system.

 

How to execute this task:

Select the request that will be executed from the list of pending records.

After that, click on the default button on the toolbar.

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

 

atendimento_solicitacao

 

Initiative type: Select the initiative type, already added to the system, in which the new initiative that will execute the request will be added. If needed, use the button placed next to the field to clear it.

Request: This field is automatically filled by the system with the ID # and name of the request, which were provided by its issuer (SE Request).

Description: This field is filled in by the system with the description of the request entered by its issuer (SE Request).

Save the record after that. At this point, the system will display the data screen to add the requested initiative. Refer to the Creating initiatives section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. After finishing adding the initiative in question, the request will be closed and will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
