See how to rank an initiative:

On the main screen toolbar, click on the button.

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:
ID #: Enter a number or code for the ranking.
Name: Enter a name for the ranking.

Use the Description tab to enter important information about the initiative ranking being created.
|

Save the record, but do not close the data screen. At this point, the Initiative tab will be enabled to be filled out.

On the Initiative tab, it is possible to rank the initiatives, that is, to establish a ranking according to their quantitative evaluations. To do that, use the following buttons on the side toolbar:

Click on this button and, on the selection screen that will be displayed, select, among the initiatives already evaluated, the desired initiatives. Use the initiative type hierarchy on the Browse tab and the filters on the Search tab to locate the desired records more easily. Also, use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on the keyboard or the check-box next to each item to select more than a record at a time.

Click on this button to delete an initiative from the list of records. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to rank an initiative selected from the list of records. Notice that when clicking on this button, the initiatives will be ranked in a descending order according to the result of the quantitative evaluation, that is, from the highest to the lowest result.

Click on this button to change the order or the initiative selected from the list of records up.
|
|
Click on this button to change the order or the initiative selected from the list of records down.

Save the record after filling in the above fields.
