Initiative ranking

Location: Management Initiative ranking

Prerequisites:

▪Quantitatively evaluated initiatives;

▪Initiatives with a finished financial evaluation.

Optional:

▪Initiatives under approval.

Overview:

The ranking consists in the sorting of the initiatives, taking into consideration the result obtained from their quantitative evaluations, so that the organization may view those with the best proposals and, thus, take more structured decisions. Through this menu, it is possible to create all the possible sorting of the initiatives evaluated in the system according to their priority, so that the strategic objectives of the organization are achieved.

Specific buttons:

	Click on this button to create a new initiative ranking. See further details about this operation in the Ranking initiatives section.
	Click on this button to edit the initiative ranking selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the initiative ranking selected in the list of records.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. See the View Initiative menu for a detailed description of the filters.
