Location: View Control
Overview:
Use this view to track the analyses performed in the controls created in the system. In the list of records on this screen, the columns configured in the standard view profile of SE Risk will be displayed.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data screen of the control analysis selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired control reports. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, or associating an existing report, or also refer to the parameters that may be used in setting up new reports.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the analysis of the control selected in the second quadrant will be displayed.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the "User guide Views" section.

Analysis ID #: Enter the control analysis ID # you wish to search.
Comments: Enter the control analysis comments you wish to search.
Risk: Select the risk to which the control whose analysis you wish to search, has been associated.
Risk analysis: Select the risk analysis to which the control whose analysis you wish to search, has been associated.
Best practice: Select the best practice associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Objective: Select the objective associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Automation type: Check the options corresponding to the automation type configured in the control analysis you wish to search. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Control characteristic: Check the options corresponding to the characteristic defined in the control analysis you wish to search.
Relevant: Check this field if the control whose analysis you wish to search has been defined as relevant.
Implementation: Check the options corresponding to the implementation of the control whose analysis you wish to search. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Automated: Check this field if the control you wish to search has been configured with an automation (Workflow, Survey or Test).
Responsible: Select the party responsible for the control analysis you wish to search.
Responsible team: Select the team responsible for the control analysis you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Title: Enter the title of the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Planned date: Select a date range that covers the planned dates of the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Actual date: Select a date range that covers the execution dates of the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Status: Select the execution status of the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Responsible for planning: Select the user responsible for planning the action/isolated action plan associated with control analysis you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Action plan/action responsibility: Select the user responsible for planning the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Team: Select the team responsible for the action/isolated action plan associated with the control analysis you wish to search.

Use the fields of this filter to find the control analysis you wish to search through the document (SE Document) associated with it. To do that, enter the ID # and/or title/summary of the desired document.

ID #: Enter the plan ID # to which the control analysis you wish to search belongs.
Name: Enter the plan name to which the control analysis you wish to search belongs.
Plan: Select the plan to which the control analysis you wish to search belongs.
Scope: Check the option corresponding to the scope of the plan to which the control analysis you wish to search belongs. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Business unit: Select the business unit to which the plan containing the control analysis you wish to search belongs.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired analysis by the control evaluations. To do that, enter the ID # and/or select a date range that covers the desired evaluation date. Check the Display all evaluations option so that all evaluations that were performed within the date range you entered are displayed in the search result.

Use the fields in this filter to find the controls according to the results of the criteria used to generate the evaluation result. To do that, use the search field to enter the Evaluation criterion you wish to filter, as well as the respective Criterion option and Evaluation in the following fields.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired control analysis using the instantiated process (workflow, incident and/or problem) related to it. To do that, select the process/activity of the process, and in the Display field, define whether you wish to view the analysis that has the process associated, those that have only that particular activity of the process associated or all.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired control analysis through the data of the elements associated with it. To do this, select the desired element according to its respective name and type, or enter the ID #, Name, and Element type separately in the respective fields.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired control analysis through the scorecard indicator associated with it. To do that, enter the ID #, name, framework associated with the scorecard to which the indicator belongs and/or the status of your record (active or inactive).

Project: Select the project associated with the control analysis that you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the project ID # associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the project associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Type: Select the type that sorts the project associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Responsible: Select the user responsible for the project associated with the control analysis you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the data of the logged user or clear it.
Team: Select the team responsible for the project associated with the control analysis you wish to search.

Use the fields in this filter to find the control analysis by using the workflow (event) related to it. To do that, select the desired workflow or enter its ID # and/or title.

Use the fields in this filter to find the control analysis by using the problem (event) related to it. To do that, select the desired problem or enter its ID # and/or title.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the "Control analysis attributes" tab of the control type whose analysis you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click OK and repeat the procedure described above. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Use the fields in this filter to find the controls according to the attributes used in the evaluation method. To do that, click on Add attribute and enter the attribute of the evaluation you wish to filter, as well as its value. To use more than one attribute in this view, simply click on Add attribute on the search screen and repeat the procedure described above. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
