Location: View  Actions and plans
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to keep track of the actions and plans related to a risk plan. The structures of the action plans displayed in the list of records may also be viewed.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the data screen of the action, action plan or risk/control of the record selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired control reports. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, or associating an existing report, or also refer to the parameters that may be used in setting up new reports.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the  button to add filters.

ID #: Enter the risk analysis ID # you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the risk analysis you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the control analysis ID # you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the control analysis you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the plan ID # to which the data you wish to search belong.
Name: Enter the plan name to which the data you wish to search belong.
Plan: Select the plan to which the data you wish to search belong.
Scope: Check the option corresponding to the scope of the plan to which the data you wish to search belong. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the action or the risk plan you wish to search.
Title: Enter the title of the action or the risk plan you wish to search.
Search in: Check the desired options to filter the search.
Planned date: Select a date range that covers the planned dates of the action plan/isolated action associated with the control analysis you wish to search.
Status: Check the options that correspond to the status of the record you wish to view.
