Overview:
The investigation starts in parallel with the containment/disposition if these steps are defined in the method associated with classification of the occurrence. In the planning of the investigation actions, however, the analysis tools (Ishikawa diagram and 5 Whys) may be used to raise all the possible causes of the problem.

Click on this button to issue a report with the data of the occurrence selected in the list of records. The information that will be displayed in the report may be predefined in the classification of the occurrence in question.
