The planning step of the action plan or isolated action is finished and sent to the next step.

Purpose:

Track and perform the necessary adjustments in the action plan/isolated action during its execution.
|
How to perform this task:
1.In the pending list of records, select the desired record. 2.On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the record selected in the listing. To successfully perform this operation, the logged-on user must have the Edit control allowed in the security list and the selected record must have "To be started" or "Execution" status. The displayed data screen will vary according to the selected record:
▪Action plan: Refer to the Editing an action plan section for a detailed description of the data screen that will be displayed. ▪Isolated action: Refer to the Planning an isolated action or Editing an action under execution sections for a detailed description of the data screen that will be displayed, according to the step in which the action is found. |

Click on this button to view the data of the action plan/isolated action selected in the list of records in read-only mode. This button will not be enabled if the selected record is with the "Start" or "Execute" status and if the logged-in user does not have the View control enabled in the record security list in question.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import an action plan structure from an .xls file. Note that, through this menu, it is possible to import planned actions under execution. See further details on this operation in the Importing actions to the plan section. This functionality will not be available for isolated actions.

Click on this button to export the structure of the action plan selected in the list of records to an .xls file. This spreadsheet must be used as a template for a further import. This functionality will not be available for isolated actions.

|
Click on this button to cancel or reactivate the action plan/isolated action selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a record section.

3.When the execution of the isolated action/action plan is closed, the record will no longer appear in the list of pending records.
This operation can also be performed through the Management  Tracking menu or through the button available in the notification e-mail related to this task.
