Alerts

Overview:

Through this menu, the account administrators can access the alert screen to check the health of the main SoftExpert Suite services, such as: e-mail server, full text search, and data sources, among others.

In addition to configuring which systems have enabled alerts and the analysis recurrence, the screen will explain how to proceed when a service has problems.

It will also be possible to check the status history for each service and the displayed messages.
