Copying a report |
SE Suite allows creating customized reports from the copy of existing reports. To do that, first, in the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the desired report.
On the toolbar, click on More . Once done, confirm the request made by the system. If the report is blocked for editing, it will not be possible to edit it.
At this point, a copy of the selected report will be made, which will be identified by the "custom" initials in its ID #:
To edit the data of the customized report, keep it selected in the list of records and click on the toolbar button. View the Configuring a report section for more details on filling in the report data screen fields.
The customized report will be available to be generated by clicking on the arrow located next to the button on the toolbar in the system screens defined in the Menu tab of its data and can be identified by the image and title defined for it. |
