Configuring a report scheduling

The location through which it is possible to schedule SE Suite reports will vary according to their type:

1.Access the component and the menu in which it is possible to generate the report. It is possible to view this information through the Menu tab in the report data screen.

2.Once done, click on the arrow next to the report_config button and select the desired report.

3.In the viewer screen that will be opened, click on the Schedule.

Customized

New

1.In the SE Configuration component, access the Configuration arrowrgray Customization arrowrgray Report (CM027) menu.

2.On the main screen list of records, select the desired report and click on the edit_padrao button.

3.On the screen that will be opened, access the Scheduling tab.

4.On the side toolbar, click on the new button.

 

On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the scheduling. To enter an ID # more easily, the button next to the field can be used to generate a new sequential number. Fill out also the required fields in the following tabs:

 

Note: To successfully create a report scheduling, fill out the required fields in the General and E-mail tabs and save the record. At this point, the other tabs will be enabled to be filled out.
