General parameters configuration

General parameters menu. The following screen will be displayed.

In the APQP/PPAP data section, fill out the following fields:

Advanced task period: Enter how many days before the start of the task the system will send a task email notification.

Revalidation deadline: Enter the number of days that the APQP/PPAP revalidation will have as a deadline.

Use the Form section to select the reports in which the logo of the makers will be displayed:

Submission certificate	The makers' logo will be displayed in the submission certificate.	The logo will not be displayed in this report.
Appearance approval	The makers' logo will be displayed in the appearance approval.	The logo will not be displayed in this report.
Dimensional test	The makers' logo will be displayed in the dimensional test.	The logo will not be displayed in this report.
Material test	The makers' logo will be displayed in the material test.	The logo will not be displayed in this report.
Performance test	The makers' logo will be displayed in the performance test.	The logo will not be displayed in this report.

Use the Control plan section to configure the information that will be required and the way to complete it in the execution of activities of a control plan form:

Enter machine in activity	It allows the machine to be entered in the activity execution.	The "Enter machine in characteristic" option must be selected.
Enter machine in characteristic	The machine to be used in the control plan must be associated in the item characteristic (SE PDM).	The "Enter machine in activity" option must be selected.
Content of "Default machine, device, tool for manufacturing" field	Free field: The content of this field may be scanned; Associate asset: It allows associating an asset; Associate asset type: It allows associating an asset type;	Not applicable.
Evaluation/measurement technique
Free field	It allows scanning the information of this field.	It will not be possible to scan the information.
Associate document	It allows associating a document with the information for the field in question.	It will not be possible to associate documents for the field in question.
Associate asset type	It allows associating asset types for the field in question.	It will not be possible to associate an asset type for the field in question.
Associate asset	It allows associating assets.	It will not be possible to associate assets for the field in question.
Control method
Free field	It allows scanning the information of this field.	It will not be possible to scan the information.
Associate document	It allows associating a document with information related to this field.	It will not be possible to associate a document for the control method.
Reaction plan
Free field	It allows scanning the information of this field.	It will not be possible to scan the information.
Associate document	It allows associating a document with information related to this field.	It will not be possible to associate a document for the action plan.
Supplier/Plant
Consider the company as supplier	The data of the organization will be used to complete this field.	The data of the organization will not be used to complete this field.
Allow the user to select the supplier when adding the control plan	The user may select the suppliers recorded in the system to complete this field.	This selection may not be performed by the user.
Contact
SE Suite user	The data of the system user will be used for contact.	The data of the system user may not be imported and used for contact.
Customer contact	The data of the customer related to the item (PDM) may be used to complete this field.	The data of the customer related to the item (PDM) will not be available to complete this field.
