Conditional format

Previous  Top  Next

The Conditional format option is available for the "Table", "Pivot table" and "Number" charts. This option allows highlighting information in OLAP, if a condition is met. On the conditional format screen, configure the following fields:

Apply to field: Enter the field to which the format will be applied. It will be possible to apply it to All fields or to a specific field of the vision, as this option displays all fields that were dragged to OLAP.

Format if: Select the option that will set the condition for the format: "Greater than", "Greater than or equal to", "Less than", "Less than or equal to", "Equal to", or "Different from".

Value: Enter in this field the value that will be used to calculate the condition. If the "Use field" option is selected, it will be possible to select a specific field of the vision.

Background color: Define which will be the cell background color, if its value meets the configured condition.

Font color: Define which will be the cell content font color, if its value meets the configured condition. Click on the "B" button next to this field if you wish the font to be bold if the condition is met.

Make sure you configure a suitable condition, otherwise it will not be met and no information will be formatted in OLAP.

If necessary, the system allows other formats to be applied, with different conditions. To add a new condition, click on the plus_small button located in the bottom left corner of the conditional format screen. Then, configure the fields according to your needs.

To delete a condition that is no longer necessary, click on the delete_smally button located next to each configuration.
