Associating a standard directly in the calibration

If, in the general parameters, the Associating standard directly in the calibration option is selected, the standard will be selected according to the service center (configured in the standard activity) that will perform the calibration (internal or third-party):

 

If the service center is internal

1.When clicking on the button of the Standard section in the calibration execution, the following screen will be displayed:

 

 

2.Fill in the filters and click on the button. The system will display the assets that were calibrated with the plan defined in the standard activity of the calibration in execution.

 

3.Select the desired standards and click on the button to save the calibration standard(s).

 

If it is a third-party service center

1.When clicking on the button of the Standard section in the calibration execution, the following screen will be displayed:

 

 

2.To associate an existing standard, fill in the filters and click on the button to perform the search. At this point, the system will display the assets that were calibrated with the plan defined in the standard activity of the calibration in execution.

 

3.If the used standard is not saved in the system, it will be necessary to create a new standard. To do that, click on the button and fill out the following fields on data screen that opens:

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the standard.

Name: Enter the name of the standard.

Certificate: Enter the number of the standard calibration certificate.

Laboratory: Select the laboratory responsible for the standard.

Uncertainty: Enter the external factors that influence in the measurement of the standard.

Certificate date: Enter the certificate date of the standard.

Calibration due date: Select the calibration due date of the standard.

Primary standards: Enter the standards used to calibrate the standard in question.

 

4.Select the desired standards and click on the button to save the calibration standard(s).
