Evaluation plan start

Who receives it:

Users defined as members of the team responsible for the evaluation plan.

When:

▪An evaluation plan is created.

▪The execution of the cycle of an evaluation plan is finished, provided its frequency is of the "Execution date" type and the anticipation date is before or equal to the current date.

Purpose:

Plan or execute a new evaluation plan cycle.

In the list of pending records, select the desired evaluation plan.

To add a cycle of the desired evaluation plan, click on the arrow located next to the button and select the desired option:

▪Evaluation planning: The cycle will be added to the planning step. On the screen that will be opened, enter the planned start and end dates and define a team responsible for planning. Perform also the other required configurations.

▪Evaluation plan execution: The cycle will be added to the execution step. On the screen that will be opened, enter the execution start date and define a team responsible for this step. Perform also the other required configurations.

After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record. The evaluation plan will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
