Task:

Evaluation planning

Who receives it:

Users defined as members of the team responsible for the evaluation plan planning.

When:

The execution cycle of the evaluation plan is saved, but it is not sent to the next step.

Purpose:

To finish the planning of the execution cycle of the evaluation plan, allowing the responsible parties to make the necessary adjustments before sending it to the next configured step.

In the list of pending records, select the desired evaluation plan.

Make sure that the cycle data is properly filled out. To do that, click on the button, on the main screen toolbar and make the necessary adjustments to the data screen that the system will display. The detailed description of the execution cycle of the evaluation plan data screen fields was performed in the Adding an evaluation plan cycle section.

Once done, click on the Save and next step button on the toolbar of the data screen. The system will ask whether you wish to send the evaluation plan cycle to execution. Click on the desired option:

Save only: The data will be saved, and the evaluation plan will remain pending. The cycle may also be sent to the next step through the button on the main screen or through the Management Evaluation planning menu.

Confirm: The evaluation plan cycle planning will be closed, and the system will generate the Evaluation plan execution task for those responsible to start its execution.
