Use this menu to create competences, evaluation plans, and other information that will be used for the mapping and evaluation of the employees' competences. To do so, the user should make sure the information of the Configuration menu is properly entered. Then, access the following sub-menus:

▪Evaluation item

▪Evaluation plan

▪Goal plan

▪Learning method
