Generating evaluations

The evaluations can be generated before finishing the cycle planning, when starting the execution of a planned cycle or when adding a cycle directly to the execution step. To do that, it is necessary to access the evaluation plan cycle data screen.

 

On the toolbar, click on the Generate evaluations button. At this point, the system will inform that, when generating the evaluations, it will no longer be possible to edit the plan configurations. Click on the desired option:

Cancel: The evaluations will not be generated.

Generate evaluations: The evaluations will not be triggered to the employees, and the execution cycle of the evaluation plan will not be sent to the next step. If any inconsistencies are found when generating the evaluations, the system will issue an alert informing of the error and will allow making the necessary changes to the evaluation plan.

 

The leader evaluation is generated only for employees that have a leader. If the employee does not have a leader associated, it will be necessary to configure the user who will perform this evaluation through the Appraisers section described as follows.

If the review evaluation is not automatic, this evaluation will be generated for the same appraiser of the leader evaluation.

 

After generating the evaluations, the cycle toolbar will display the Appraisers option. It will list the employees that will be evaluated in this cycle and their appraisers in each evaluation type. Use the Search filters to easily locate the desired appraisers through specific information.

On the toolbar, the following buttons are available:

new

Click on this button to add an appraiser to the plan execution cycle. See further details about this operation in the Adding an appraiser topic below.

edit

Click on this button to edit the appraiser of the employee selected in the list of records. On the new screen, locate and select the user who will be the appraiser of the employee in question and save your selection. Notice that this button will not be enabled when the appraiser type is "Self-assessment" or if the evaluation status is "Cancelled".

delete

Click on this button to delete the evaluation selected in the list of records.

view

Click on this button to view the data of the evaluation of the employee selected in the list of records. This button may be disabled according to the view permissions of the logged user that are configured in the general parameters of SE Administration.

report_config

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the blank evaluation and evaluation data reports you wish. This button also allows configuring a new report or associating an existing report and also viewing the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

 

Adding an appraiser

 

To add appraisers to the evaluation plan cycle, click on the new button on the toolbar and, on the screen that will be opened, perform the following steps:

In the Employee field, select the user that will be evaluated. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected user, fill out the field with the data of the logged user and clear the field. In the Appraiser type field, select the evaluation type the employee will go through: leader, peers or subordinates.

Use the filters in the Appraiser section to easily locate the user that will perform the evaluation of the previously selected employee through specific information: their data, team, organizational unit to which they belong and/or the position they hold. After filling out the desired filters, press ENTER on the keyboard.

Depending on the selected access type and the values entered in the filters, the result will be displayed in the list of records, located at the bottom of the screen. If the appraiser type is "Peers" or "Subordinates", it will be possible to select more than one appraiser. If it is "Leader", only one appraiser can be selected.

After performing the desired selections, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

 

After generating the evaluations:

If the cycle has been added in the planning step, use the Save and next step button to close this step and send it to the next configured step. See further details in the Finishing planning section.

If the cycle has been added in the execution step, the following steps will be enabled:

oPreparation: If in the General settings section, the "Require preparation of competence evaluation" option is enabled, the responsible users will be notified via email and the system will send the evaluation plan to the Execution arrowrgray Evaluation preparation menu so that the responsible ones perform this operation.

oEvaluation execution: If the evaluation plan does not have the evaluation preparation set up, the evaluations will be triggered to the appropriate appraisers, so that they execute them by means of the Execution arrowrgray Evaluation execution menu.
