Overview:
This menu presents the evaluation plans in progress that have the preparation step and the appraiser types configured, grouping the employees associated with the plan. Thus, the leaders of these employees and the members of the control team (configured in SE Administration) will be able to prepare the evaluation.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to prepare the evaluation of the employee selected in the list of records. It is possible to select all employees from an evaluation plan/appraiser type, specific employees of the same evaluation plan/appraiser type, or a single employee. See further details about this operation in the Preparing an evaluation - Interface section.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and report all records or only selected records, set up a new report or associate an existing report, or to search the parameters that can be used to set up new reports.

Click on this button to close the preparation of the evaluation selected in the list of records and send it to the next configured step. See further details in the Finishing the evaluation preparation section.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
