Overview:
At this menu, it is possible to register all repositories, that belong to a storage place, where documents (either in paper or saved in media) will be stored.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to register a new repository. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a repository section.

Click on this button to edit the repository selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the repository selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the desired reports. Moreover, it is possible to generate labels with the ID # and barcode of the document to be used in its electronic files. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search fields panel.

▪To enable the add and edit buttons on the toolbar and view the created repositories, it is necessary to select the department (SE Administration) to which they are related. ▪Use the other "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. |
