Location: Management Archiving cancellation
Prerequisites:

Overview:
At this menu, it is possible to cancel document archiving already performed in SE Archive, and it will be possible to disassociate files from the repositories where they are stored. When the user performs this operation, the disassociated document returns to cancelled archiving step, so that the procedure is conducted again.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to cancel the document archiving selected in the list of records. The system will require user to confirm, so that archiving is not cancelled unintentionally.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the document selected in the list of records. View specific documentation of the SE Document component for further details on the data screen of a document.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

▪Archived documents displayed on the list of records vary according to the Department selected in the search field "Storage place", that is, the documents stored in the repositories that belong to the storage places and are in the department that has been entered. By default, the search field is filled by the system with the Department which the logged user belongs to, but it can be edited. ▪Use other "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. |
