Prerequisites:

Electronic file with .xls or .csv extension.

 

Overview:

A data template is intended to configure a structure that will be used in a file that is used to import data. By mean of this menu, it is possible to configure all possible data templates that are applied in the relationships in SE Capture.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to add a new data template. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a template section.

Click on this button to edit the data template selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the data template selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
