Overview:
Failure mode is defined as the manner in which a component, subsystem, system or process, potentially would fail to meet the requirements of the design/process/asset. Examples of failure mode include: cracked, dented, rusted, leaking, among others.

Click on this button to edit the failure mode selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the failure mode selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the failure mode selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.
