Creating functions

To create new functions, on the toolbar of the main screen, click the arrow next to the right side of the button and select one of the following options:

▪Design FMEA

▪Process FMEA

▪Asset FMEA

▪Project schedule FMEA

▪Object FMEA

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that opens:

Fields
Type	This field is automatically filled by the system, according to the FMEA type to which the record in question will be applied (design, process, asset, project schedule or object).
Name	Enter a name for the function.
Description	Use this field to describe the function.

Save the record after filling out the fields.
