Exporting projects

See how to export a project:

 

1.In the list of records on main screen, select the desired project.

 

2.After that, click on the More button.

 

3.On the screen that will be displayed, set the following definitions:

 

 

Language: Select the language in which the project is configured.

Format: Select the format of the file which the project will be exported to. These formats are not compatible with UTF-8 codification.

 

4.Save the record. At this point, the system will download the file in the format selected before.

 

When exporting a project, the following information will also be exported:

Name of the project and its tasks;

Planned, rescheduled, or actual start, according to the step the project is in (planning, tracking, and execution, respectively). In the case of the actual start, the actual percentage must be greater than 0%. This rule also applies to the tasks;

Planned, rescheduled, or actual end, according to the step the project is in (planning, tracking, and execution, respectively). In the case of the actual end, the actual percentage must be equal to 100%. This rule also applies to the tasks;

Duration of the project and its tasks, calculated according to the exported start and end;

Milestones;

Priority value;

Execution percentage;

Task description;

Name of the responsible party (exported as a resource with an allocation percentage of 100%);

Dependencies between tasks: predecessor restrictions (finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish) and lag;

Task restriction types: As late as possible, As late as possible, As soon as possible, Start no earlier than, Finish no earlier than, Start no later than, Finish no later than, Must finish on, and Must start on;

Name of the allocated resources with an allocation percentage of 100% (regardless of the amount of time that is allocated).

It is important to point out that, during the export:

The "Schedule from" configuration will be exported as: As soon as possible (ASAP) and As late as possible (ALAP);

If the task has date restrictions of the "Fixed date" type and the project is "As soon as possible (ASAP)", the task is exported as "Must start on";

If the project is "As late as possible (ALAP)", the task is exported as "Must finish on";

The canceled tasks of the project are exported as inactive;

Tasks with a recurrence configuration will be exported without this configuration, as summary tasks.

The calendar will not be exported.
