Finishing project planning

Previous  Top  Next

After planning the data and the project structure, it is necessary to send it to the next configured step. See how to perform this operation:

1.In the list of records on main screen, select the desired project.

2.After that, click on More on the toolbar.

3.At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send it to the next step. Choose the desired option:

OK: The project will continue to one of the following steps:

Approval: If in the project type it is configured that it will go through approval, the system will send the project to the Project and program approval menu for the responsible parties to approve their planning.

Project tracking: If the project does not have the approval configured in its type, its tasks will be released for execution by the due responsible parties and the project will be available for tracking through the Project tracking menu.

Cancel: The project will remain pending with the Planning status. In this case, sending the project to the next step may also be performed through the Project planning task.

If there are any other impediments when sending the project to the next step, the system will issue a message informing of the error. In that case, perform the necessary adjustments and repeat the operation described above.

After finishing the planning, the system will generate the Revision acknowledgment task for the due responsible parties, if so configured in the Access Control tab of the project type that was planned.

When project planning is closed, the executor of the tasks will be notified by email that they are available for execution. The executors of the tasks are notified by e-mail also when the project revision (if any) is closed and when the tasks predecessor of the task under their responsibility, has its execution finished.
