Overview:

The SWOT analysis is a tool used to do scenario analysis (or environment) being used as a basis for the management and strategic planning of an organization. The SWOT acronym is an anagram of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. By means of this menu, all the SWOT matrices that can later be used in the templates and plans included in the system must be recorded.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new SWOT analysis. See more details about this operation in the Creating SWOT analyses section.

Click on this button to edit the SWOT analysis selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the SWOT analysis selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to perform the copy of the SWOT analysis selected in the list of records. The start of the performed copy ID # will be "Copy of", facilitating the identification.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
