Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to generate risk or control plan templates, thus keeping a standard when generating risk or control plans. That is, a risk/control plan can be generated with all the configurations available for the plan, even with pre-evaluation of risks.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new plan template. See further details in the Adding a plan template section.

Click on this button to edit the data of the plan template selected from the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled. See further details in the Editing template data section.

Click on this button to delete the plan template selected from the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled.

Click on this button to access the structure of the plan template selected from the list of records. See more details about how to assemble the plan structure in the Assembling the plan structure section.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import risk analyses, control analyses or to add a current evaluation to the plan template structure from an .xls file. See further details on this operation in the Importing records section.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to compare the revisions that took place in the record selected in the main screen.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. In that case, in the third quadrant, the details of the plan template selected in the list of records are displayed.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

 

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information.
