Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to plan and assemble the structure of the risk and control plans. Use this menu to analyze the risks and controls of the plan, as well as its evaluations. The main screen of this menu may be displayed in three quadrants. In the first quadrant, the search filters are presented, which allow you to locate the desired plans more easily. The second quadrant displays the plans added to the system, while the third quadrant displays the details of the plan selected in the second quadrant.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create a new risk plan. See more details about this operation in the Configuring plans section.

Click on this button to edit the data of the plan selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled. See further details in the Editing plan data section.

Click on this button to delete the plan selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled.

Click on this button to access the structure of the plan selected in the list of records. See more details about how to assemble the plan structure in the Assembling the plan structure section.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import risk analyses, control analyses or to add a current evaluation to the risk plan structure from an .xls file. See further details on this operation in the Importing records section.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. In this case, in the third quadrant, the details of the plan selected in the list of records are displayed.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

 

Notice that only plans that have security configured as public or those that have the "List" control enabled for its security will be shown to the logged-on user.
