Enabling and releasing changes in the template

In the plan templates that have a type configured with a "Simplified" or "ISO9000 based" revision template, before editing the record data, it is necessary to follow the procedure below:

When the risk type is configured with simplified revision control, the plans of this type may only be edited after editing is enabled.

This feature aims at ensuring the versioning of changes, when ISO9000 or Workflow revision control is not required. When you enable editing, a new version will be created, allowing you to make changes without affecting the current version. By finishing the editing, the new version can be released or, if for some reason, it is decided to keep the current version of the risk plan, the changes can be discarded. See below how to perform the simplified revision of the risk plan.

In the simplified revision, when accessing the plan data screen, the "Enable editing" button will be displayed. When clicking on this button, the system informs that a new version will be created, allowing the user to perform the changes without affecting the current version. Confirm the message to enable editing. At this point, two new buttons will be displayed on the screen: "Release version" and "Discard changes".

Perform the desired changes and click on the "Release version" button to apply the changes to the risk plan or click on the "Discard changes" button for the plan to remain in the current version, discarding the changes that were performed.

In the ISO9000 based revision, when accessing the risk plan data screen, the "Add new revision" button will be displayed. By clicking on this button, the system will ask if you wish to start a new revision; if the question is confirmed, the revision will be created. At this point, the Plan revision task will be generated for the responsible parties.

The revision can be executed both through the Template revision task and through the "File Plan" menu. In both cases, simply access the plan data screen and perform the necessary changes. Then, to execute the revision, use one of the following available actions (according to the revision step) displayed in the plan data screen:

Actions
Accept revision	Use this option to execute the revision and send it to the next revision step. If the closure step has been configured in the knowledge base, after accepting the revision, it will be sent to the closure step; otherwise, the revision will be automatically closed.
Reject revision	Use this option to return the revision to the draft step. This option is displayed only in the review, approval or release steps.
Delete revision	Use this option to delete the revision. This option is only not displayed in the closure step, if it has been configured.
