Request

Check the Only favorites option so that in the view are only displayed request classified as favorites. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Request: Select the request you wish to search.

ID #: Select the ID # of the request you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the request you wish to search.

Object: Expand the list of options and check the option corresponding to the object to which the request you wish to search refers. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Status: Expand the list of options and mark the possible situation in which the request that you wish to view, is found.

Issue: Select the issuing Department or the Owner of the request you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the fields to fill them with the logged-in user data and clear them.

Approved: In the respective fields select the responsible (user), department, position or team defined as responsible for attending the request that you wish to view.

Period: In the Last day(s) field, enter the number of days prior to the current date that covers the date on which the request you wish to search was issued. If you prefer, use the Start date and End date fields to select the date range that covers the date the request you wish to search was issued.

Meeting: Select the meeting that is related to the request you wish to search.

ID # Enter the ID # of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Status: Expand the list of options and check the status corresponding to the possible situation in which the meeting is related to the request that you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Place: Enter the location of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Participant: Select a meeting participant related to the request you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged-in user data or clear it.

Note taker: Select the note taker user of the meeting related to the request you wish to view.

Scheduled period: Select in the Start and End fields the date range that covers the scheduled dates of the meeting related to the request that you wish to view.

Execution period: Select in the Start and End fields the date range that covers the actual dates of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Comments: Enter the comments saved in the data of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Subject: Enter the subject of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Decision: Enter the decision saved in the minutes of the meeting related to the request you wish to search.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the request type that you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click OK and repeat the procedure described earlier. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute that will be displayed as a column in the list of records of the search. To add more than one attribute in this view, use the Add option at the bottom of the panel. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.
