Email sending |
The system allows the collection team to be automatically notified by email if the event log is opened. This e-mail aims at facilitating the management process, by notifying the responsible team immediately for actions to be taken quickly. See how to configure the sending of emails:
1.First, on the General parameters screen, check the Send e-mail when event log opens field so that, once the event log is opened, completed and saved, an email notification is sent to the respective responsible user.
2.During data collection, when the event log is opened by the system, an email will be sent to the members of the data collection analysis team.
3.This email contains information related to the event log:
