Lanes

To perform any changes to the workspace, access the "Management Workspace" menu, locate the desired workspace and click on the button; however, it is necessary for you to be a member of the Management team set in the workspace, or you will not have permission to edit the data.

Use this section to define which lanes the workspace will have.

To add a new lane, click on the "Add lane" button and, on the displayed lane, enter a Title for it.

It is possible to configure the minimum and maximum number of tasks for each Kanban lane. Setting these limits helps identify bottlenecks and problematic points in the workflow. This limit corresponds to a process control so that there are no more activities than what the team usually manages to handle in each step of this process.

Repeat this procedure for as many lanes as necessary. After adding the lanes, drag the unmapped steps to each lane. It is necessary for the lanes to have at least one associated step.
