Location: View Employee TNA X employee matrix
Overview:
Use this menu to view a matrix with the training and development needs of the employee based on courses and documents related to them. Only the information which the logged user is allowed to access will be displayed, according to the configurations performed in the general parameters of the SE Administration component. Through the field located in the right upper corner of this menu, it is possible to alternate between the following visions:

Displays the employee status in the mapped courses and paths for their department and position.

Per process
|
Displays the employee status in the mapped courses and paths for the process executions and activities. This vision will not be available if only the "Document" option is checked in the TNA X employee matrix Display filter.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the profile data screen of the employee selected from the list of records.
|

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to view the TNA x employee matrix in full screen mode.

Use the following filters to find the desired records you want by using specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the Views section.

Click on the Select department button and in the Group by field, click on the corresponding option for which you wish to find the record: all, active, or inactive. In the panel below this field, in the displayed hierarchy, select the object you wish to use as a filter. Then, click on Apply. For more information, refer to the Search filters Filtering records through the type hierarchy section.

Display: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the element you wish to display in the matrix: course and/or document. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible statuses of trainings related to the course or document that you wish to view in the matrix. If in the "Display" field is only checked the Document option, the not evaluated, object requires training, expired training, pending request, planned on IDP, execution on IDP and new pending evaluation statuses will be disabled.
AND/OR: Select the desired operator to define how the options checked before must be considered in the search result.
Show complementary status: This option may only be edited if the options are checked in the "Status" field or if the view is "Organizational". Keep this option checked so that in addition to the checked status other statuses related to the course in question are presented. For example, the not evaluated status was checked but will be presented next to the course with this status, the Planned training status, if there is a training of the same course already planned for the employee. If this option is unchecked, the complementary statuses will not be displayed.
Only mapped courses: Keep this option checked so that only mapped courses are considered in the search result. Uncheck it so that other courses performed by the employees are also presented. This option cannot be edited if the view is "Per process".
Training permission only: This option will only be displayed for editing if the "Documentation" option is checked in the "Display" field. Keep it checked so that only employees with "Training" control allowed in the documents are considered in the search results. Uncheck it so that other employees are also displayed.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position, or the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Then, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the user ID of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Position: Enter the position exercised by the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user position and clear it.
Leader: Enter the leader of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
User status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the employee record in the system: active and inactive. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Department and position status: Expand the list and check the respective options to indicate whether the employee is qualified or unqualified according to the courses mapping.
Hire date: Select the range of dates that cover the hire date of the employee you wish to view in the matrix, in the organization.
Comments: Enter the comments of the employee profile you wish to view in the matrix.
Filter by default department/position: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, only courses mapped for the default department and position of the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Uncheck it so that the mapped courses for the other enabled departments and positions associated with the employee are also considered in the view.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the profile of the employee you wish to view in the matrix, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

This filter is enabled only if the view is "Per process". Use the fields to locate the employee through the mapped courses for the processes that they are involved with. To do that, select the desired process or enter its name and/or ID #.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Courses" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Requirement: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the course mapped to the employee you wish to view in the matrix: required, desirable or not applicable (this option will not be available if the view is per process). Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user position and clear it.
Mapping type: This field will not be enabled if the view is "Per process". Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the course mapping type that you wish to view in the matrix: organizational or individual.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Courses" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Course type: Select the course type you wish to view in the matrix.
Course: Select the course you wish to view in the matrix.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Type: Expand the list and check the option that corresponds to the record you wish to view in the matrix: path or course. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user position and clear it.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Documents" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Category: Select the category to which the document, associated as training object, you wish to view in the matrix belongs. Check the Display lower level records option to also consider the categories that are in lower levels in the hierarchy of the category selected in the search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the document, associated as training object, you wish to view in the matrix.
Title/Summary: Enter the title or summary of the document, associated as training object, you wish to view in the matrix.
Author: Enter the author of the document, associated as training object, you wish to view in the matrix.
Training deadline: Select the date range that covers the deadline to execute the training of the document you wish to view in the matrix.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Documents" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Revision: Enter the number of the document revision that you wish to view in the matrix.
Reason: Select the reason why the document revision you wish to view in the matrix has been created.
Revision status: Expand the list of options and check the document revision status you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Revision period: In the Last __ day(s) field, enter the number of days prior to the current date that covers the date of the document revision you wish to view in the matrix. The user can also use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the desired revision date.
Display only the last revision that requires training: Keep this option checked for the matrix to display the last revision in which document training was required. Keep it unchecked for the matrix to display all document revisions in which there were trainings.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Expired training", "Planned training" or "Training in progress" statuses are checked. The system makes available the following fields:
ID #: Enter the identifier of the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix.
Training type: Expand the list and check the options for the type of training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix: collective and/or individual. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Training status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the statuses in which you may find the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix.
Self-training: Check this option if the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix is a training in which the participant enrolled through a widget
Planned: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the planned start and end period of the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the planned workload for the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the planned number of participants of the training.
Actual: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the training related to the course/document you wish to view in the matrix. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the actual workload of the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the actual number of participants of the training.
Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period (if configured) of the course/document related to the training you wish to view in the matrix.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Planned on IDP", "Execution on IDP" or "New pending evaluation" statuses are checked. The system makes available the following fields:
ID #: Enter the identifier of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Title: Enter the title of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Planned date: Enter the date range that covers the planned period for performing the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Actual date: Enter the date range that covers the period in which the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix was performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Category: Select the category that classifies the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix. When checking the Display lower level records option, the categories that are below the hierarchy of the selected category will also be considered in the view.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the deadline of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Evaluation plan execution: The following fields are available:
▪Evaluation plan: Select the development plan generated from the competence evaluation of the employee who participated in the course you wish to view. ▪Cycle: Enter the execution number range of the competence evaluation that covers the evaluation from which the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course was generated. ▪Only plan last execution: Check this option for the system to consider only the last execution of the development plan generated from the competence evaluation in the search.

Only favorite employees: Check this option for the system to display only employees classified as favorites in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.
Only favorite courses: Check this option for the system to display only courses classified as favorites in the search result.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
