Location: View Employee Participation in training
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view all the training, paths and courses of the employee profiles of the organization, regardless of their status. Only the information which the logged user is allowed to access will be displayed, according to the configurations performed in the general parameters of the SE Administration component. Through the field located in the upper right part of this menu, it is possible to switch the search view between:

Displays the employees, the department to which they belong and the position they hold, grouping the trainings performed by them.

Displays the employees, the department to which they belong and the position they hold, grouping the extracurricular courses performed by them.

Displays the employees, the department to which they belong and the position they hold, grouping the paths performed by them.
|
Specific buttons:
|
Click on this button and select the corresponding option to view the data screen or the training participant certificate selected on the list of records. The certificate can only be viewed if, on the configuration screen of the selected training, the participant certificate is enabled.

Click on this button to view the contents of the training selected in the list of records. It will only be enabled if the training selected in the list of records has content configured and if the content is available for viewing.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.
|
|
Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired employee training report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the details of the training, path or course selected in the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the desired records you want by using specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the Views section.

Click on the Select department button and in the Group by field, click on the corresponding option for which you wish to find the record: all, active, or inactive. In the panel below this field, in the displayed hierarchy, select the object you wish to use as a filter. Then, click on Apply. For more information, refer to the Search filters Filtering records through the type hierarchy section.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position and or employee whose training you wish to view. Then, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the user ID of the employee whose training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of employee whose training you wish to view.
Position: Select the position exercised by the employee whose training you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user position and clear it.
User status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the record of the employee in the system: active and inactive. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Filter by default department/position: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, only courses mapped for the default department and position of the employee whose trainings you wish to view. If unchecked, the mapped courses for the other active departments and positions associated with the employee are also considered in the view.

Use the fields in this filter to view the trainings in which an external user took part through their name, e-mail, department, position or company.

Participant type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the participants you wish to view: user (SE Suite) and/or external user. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the participant regarding the training they have taken part in: approved, rejected and/or not evaluated.
Score: Enter a range of numbers that covers the score obtained by the participants you wish to view.
Attendance: Enter a range of numbers that covers the attendance percentage of the participants you wish to view.
Enroll date: Enter the date range that covers the date on which the participants you wish to view were enrolled in the training.

Course type: Select the course type whose participants you wish to view.
Course: Select the course whose participants you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the course whose participants you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the course whose participants you wish to view.
Type: Expand the list and check the option that corresponds to the record you wish to search: path or course.

This filter is only enabled if the "Profile course" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
Educational entity: Select the educational entity in which the employee has performed the training you wish to view.
Period: The following fields are available:
▪Start: Select the date range that covers the start of the training you wish to view. ▪End: Select the date range that covers the end of the training you wish to view. ▪Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity date of the training you wish to view. ▪Workload: Enter the time range that covers the workload of the course you wish to view. Evaluation: In the Score field, enter a range of numbers that cover the scores of the employees in the training you wish to view. In the Attendance field, enter a range that covers the attendance of the employee in the course in question.

This filter is only enabled if the "Path" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the path execution status you wish to view: start, execution and/or finished. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Period: In the Start and End fields, select the date range that covers the path execution period whose participants you wish to view.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
ID #: Enter the identifier of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Training type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the training type whose participants you wish to view: collective and/or individual. Use the buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Training status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible statuses of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Self-training: Check this option if the training you wish to view is a training in which the participants enrolled via a widget.
Planned: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the planned start and end period of the training whose participants you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the planned workload for the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the planned number of participants of the training.
Actual: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the training whose participants you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the actual workload of the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the actual number of participants of the training.
Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period (if one is configured) of the training whose participants you wish to view. Check the Show only expired trainings option for the system to display only expired trainings in the search result.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
Training method: Select the method associated with the training whose participants you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected training method and clear it.
Instructor: Select the training instructor whose participants you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Educational entity: Select the educational entity that possibly offered the training whose participants you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected educational entity and clear it.
Planning control team: Select the planning control team of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Execution control team: Select the execution control team of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Document: Select the document that has been associated with the training whose participants you wish to view. It is important to point out that the associated document is not related to the object of the training, but to the one associated through the "Documentation" option.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. Use its fields to find the training whose participants you wish to view through the data of the configuration associated with it. To do that, select the type that classifies the configuration and/or the desired configuration, or enter the ID # and/or name of the training configuration.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
Category: Select the category that classifies the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Display lower level records: Check this option for the subcategories of the selected category to be also considered in the search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Title/Summary: Enter the title or summary of the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Revision: Enter the revision of the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Author: Enter the author of the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view.
Document status: Expand the list of options and check the options that correspond to the status of the document associated as an object of the training whose participants you wish to view. Use the buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Display only document trainings: Check this option for the system to display, in the search results, only trainings that have a document associated as a training object.

Competence: Use these filters to locate the desired training through the competences associated with it. To do that, select the desired competence or enter its ID # and/or name.
Evaluation item: Use these filters to locate the desired training through the evaluation items associated with it. To do that, select the desired evaluation item or enter its ID # and/or name.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. The system makes available the following fields:
Request: Select the request that has been met by the training you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the request met by the training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the request met by the training you wish to view.
Issue: Use the information referring to the issue request related to the training you wish to view. To do that, in the respective fields, select the Department that issued or the Owner of the request. Use the other buttons next to the fields to fill them with the data of the logged user or clear them.
Approved: Use the information related to who approved the request. To do that, in the respective fields, select the responsible user, the department, position or team that approved the request related to the training you wish to view.
Periods: Use the Last __ day(s) field to enter the number of days before the current date that covers the issue date of the request regarding the training that you wish to view. If you prefer, use the Select date and End date fields to select the date range that covers the date on which the request was issued.
Display only trainings with related request: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, only trainings that have met requests.

This filter is only enabled if the "Training" option is selected to be displayed in the view. Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the training related to the qualification you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
