Training request execution

Task:	Training request execution - Task generated by the SE Request component.
Who receives it:	The party responsible for executing the request, defined when issuing it.
When:	The issue/approval step (as configured) is finished by the due responsible parties in the SE Request component.
Purpose:	To create new trainings that meet the requester needs.

In the list of records, pending requests are presented grouped by the course to which they refer. Select the desired request.

Then, click on the arrow next to the button on the toolbar and select the desired option:

	Click on the arrow placed next to this button and select the desired option: ▪Add training planning: The data screen will be displayed to add the requested training in the planning step. Refer to the Adding a training section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. ▪Add training execution: The system will display the data screen to add the requested training in the execution step. Refer to the Adding a training section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. ▪Associate to opened training: On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the training that meets the request.
	Click on this button to access the training request data screen and edit the course when associated with it.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the request selected from the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the report of all records or only selected records, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

If the participants defined when issuing the request do not meet a prerequisite, the system will require confirmation to associate them to the training being created.

After you have added a training from the request or after associating it with a training, it will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
