Task:

Training result acknowledgment

Who receives it:

All participants of a finished training. This task will only be generated if in the configurations of the training, it is parametrized that there will be a confirmation of its achievement and this confirmation must be made by the participants.

When:

▪The execution step of a training with no other configured steps is closed.

▪The evaluation step of a training with no other configured steps is closed.

▪The effectiveness verification of a training is finished.

Purpose:

To allow participants to confirm that the training was carried out and view the result.

1.

Select the desired training from the list of pending records.

2.

Use the button on the toolbar to view the results of the evaluations performed in the training (if any).

3.

To confirm the training result, click on the button on the toolbar.

4.

At this point, the system will issue a confirmation message. Click on the desired option:

▪Cancel: The training will remain pending for this task.

▪OK: The training execution will be confirmed and it will no longer be displayed in the list of records of this task.
