Adding elements/widgets

To add widgets to the portal, first, click on the "Add element" button to display the widgets panel. The panel displays the elements classified by components:

Action plan

Administration

Asset

Audit

Competence

Document

Incident

Kanban

Knowledge Base

Performance

Problem

Process

Project

Protocol

Request

Risk

SE Suite

SPC

Training

Workflow

In addition to components, the widgets panel has a search field that allows searching an element through specific tokens. The search results will always be displayed if an Analytics vision, a Graph analysis, a SWOT analysis or a Strategy map was found (the final three belong to the SoftExpert Performance component). If a widget is found, it will be displayed at the bottom of the list.

 

After finding the desired widget, drag it to the selected panel for it to be part of the structure. The "customized" widgets are in the "SE Suite" category.

 

When the widget is in the panel, a message may be displayed alerting that it is necessary to perform the element configuration. When clicking on the Configure option, a panel will be displayed on the right side of the screen with the configuration fields. When the widget is properly configured, click on the "Save" button. If it is necessary to perform other configurations in a previously configured widget, click on the button located on the upper right corner of the widget.

 

It is important to point out the time to load the portal depends on the number of configured widgets.
