Attachment in the revision critique

From now on, it will be possible to add attachments to the revision critique. Thus, understanding the critiques performed during the revision will be easier, and the history of the evolution of each cycle will be maintained.

 

 

Security in the functional role

A security feature has been added to the functional role creation. It is now possible to define the users who will be able to edit and view the functional role records. It is also possible to define security rules using departments, positions, and teams. Thus, it is possible to limit the access to the involved parties, avoiding wrongful changes.

 

 

Improvements in the cause

New improvements have been made:

▪The cause type has been added, aiming to facilitate classification and organization.

▪An identification mask has been added to the cause in order to facilitate the standardization of the identification.

▪The cause creation menu has been added to the Administration component.

 

 

Identification mask for companies

This version makes available the option to configure an identification mask for companies. The configuration is available on the company type data screen.

 

 

New organizational unit organizational chart

The new organizational chart has been made available in the Administration File Organization structure Organizational unit menu, aiming to improve performance and the export to images.
