From this version onwards, it will be possible to determine the aptitude of employees under experience without setting a minimum, actual time.
Thus, when mapping an experience for a department/position or employee, the minimum time fields will be optional.
In mapped experiences in which the minimum time necessary to achieve the aptitude is not filled out, the responsible party must only enter the aptitude of the employee directly in the "Status" field, selecting one of the available options (Qualified, Unqualified, or Not evaluated).
