Portal maintaining filters per user automatically

Now, whenever a SoftExpert Analytics filter is applied to the portal tab, it will be automatically maintained. For example, in a portal with regional data from several countries, when filtering the data by country and region, in the next access, this portal will automatically be filtered by the desired country and region. Through the Clear filters button, it is possible to remove all portal filters. Through the Restore filters button, the system restores the filters that may be saved in the portal.

The objective of this improvement is to prevent recurrent filters from having to be defined on every access by each user, as well as preventing the need for the creation of several portals, one for each country or region, for example. Thus, from now on, every portal without sensitive data may be shared with several users and, as these users access and filter the portal, it will be more appropriate to the needs of each user.

It is important to notice that this improvement does not interfere in the current security mechanism, that is, for portals with sensitive data, in which the user cannot even list the records they do not have access to, the security controls continue to be applied normally.

Highlighted action to add filters

From this version onwards, the Add filters action button will be displayed in the upper part of the portal tabs with one or more SoftExpert Analytics visions. The objective of this improvement is to make this feature more accessible to users.

The action to filter through the magnifying glass and drill down are still available.
