Asset

New association frame – Kanban

From this version onwards, the SoftExpert Asset component has the SoftExpert Kanban association frame. With this feature, the system will allow associating and even creating a Kanban activity through the Asset data. The association is bilateral; if the user is in the Kanban component and associates an asset with a task, it is now automatically listed in the asset data.

Starting the MSA from the asset

Aiming to facilitate the creation of MSA studies for the asset, the association frame for SoftExpert MSA with SoftExpert Asset has been modified. With these changes, the user is able to create a new MSA study directly through the asset data, without the need to change the component.

Storage place with the use of address and geographic coordinates

From this version onwards, the storage place creation and the association of storage places with assets have been modified to broaden the possibilities of controlling the asset from its storage place. The changes aim mostly to map and stratify assets that are decentralized, as well as to allow sending the technician to the location through the default map application.

Storage place creation

The storage place creation has been modified to display new control fields to the user. Now, the system makes available information such as address, geographic coordinates, state, city, country, and postal code. The additional fields are not mandatory, but they allow sharing more details about the storage place of the asset.

Asset storage place through geographic coordinates:

Previously, when creating a storage place associated with the asset, the user could associate one storage place per asset, per location, or a combination of both. From this version onwards, the user also has the possibility to enter a location via geographic coordinates for the asset, being possible to work with the 3 possibilities, in union or not.

Viewing data and adding locations from the asset data

The asset location data have been reallocated to display new information present in the storage place creation. Through a specific section, the user has access to all location data, as well as a shortcut to create a new record.

Information stratification

Since new pieces of information have been added to the system, several points have been adjusted to display them. Some of these adjustments include: location, asset, and computer search analytics; location, event, asset, and maintenance reports; the quick actions widget; location search; the third quadrant of the asset; and all searches that display advanced asset filters. In addition to that, when viewing asset data through mobile, the location information will also be displayed.

Adjustments in Webservices and ADINTERFACE

To meet the new system possibilities, the location creation and asset and location association webservices and ADINTERFACE have been adjusted to support the import of these new fields.
