Sampling plan for the Inspection of products under production

From this version onwards, the characteristics used in production inspection can have sampling rules, according to the ISO 2859-1 standard (NBR 5426). To do this, simply select the rule when creating the characteristic in the item. A batch size must be entered during the inspection for the system to be able to calculate the number of samples according to the rule selected for the characteristic.

 

 

Rule for retest when rejecting tests

In this version, it will be possible to perform a retest for the tests that have been rejected in the production inspection. It will be automatically triggered by the system through a configuration in the item characteristic in PDM. The identification of this new test will be recorded in the inspection of the product as a traceability way. In addition, the retest can be configured to have a different number of samples from the regular inspection.
