Evolution in the risk and control plan widget

The accesses to the structure, risk, control and treatment visions have been added to the Risk and control plan widget. Thus, regardless of the option chosen as main vision, it is possible to change the vision without editing the component configurations.

 

 

View the control analyses in the risk analysis links

For the associations (Links) of the Risk analyses, in other plans, the Control analyses will be displayed in the plan structure vision. Thus, it is possible to view the risk analyses that have been associated and the controls in a single vision.

 

 

Redesign of the plan data screen

The plan data screen has been redesigned to center the revision operations and functional operations in a single place. The new plan data screen has the actions in buttons on the upper part of the screen, following the SE Suite standards. Thus, the user has a faster access to the system features.

 

 

Revision data integrated with plan data

Aiming to improve the revision process, all data in the revision screen have been incorporated into the risk and control plan data. Thus, the user no longer needs to access several screens to edit and/or send the record to the next step of the process.

 

Risk control evaluation request

With this feature, it is possible to issue a control evaluation request. This requirement uses SoftExpert Request to manage the request process, in an integration with the SoftExpert Risk component, which has the control evaluation. This procedure is useful in control audits, in which the auditor may request the responsible party to perform a new control effectiveness evaluation, as a divergence may have been found in the values entered for the control. This is another SE Suite feature that uses the specialized routines of the components to generate a new feature with high aggregated value.
