Survey template revision execution through the data screen

An adjustment was performed to allow managing the survey template revision through the data screen. With this improvement, it will be possible to view and edit information of the template and the revision on the same screen, facilitating the necessary actions.

Moreover, from now on it will be possible to use the simplified revision resource. With this revision type, the changes in survey templates are faster and require fewer processes. With the addition of this revision type, all surveys that did not use a revision control now use the simplified revision.
