Audit trail
This version brings improvements in the description of the changes performed that will be displayed in the "Details" column of the trail.
Now the user has the option to view the "IP Address" column in the audit trail by checking it in the Columns filter.
The description of the portal share event has been updated to display this permission.
In addition to that, the mobile friendly portal enabling/disabling event, which can be edited in the portal description screen, is recorded and displayed in the trail Details.
The widget cloning event, when performed, displays the addition token.
In future versions, the token will be updated to widget copy. |
Portals menu
The option to list the portals in "My Portals" in the Portals menu is now called "All portals".
Mobile portals
A visual improvement has been performed in the portals and their data so that only panels with mobile friendly widgets are displayed.
Quick actions widget
Aiming to bring agility to daily use, the Quick actions widget has been created in the SE Suite component. To add it to the portal, simply click on it and drag it. In the configuration, the user will select the desired actions.
The quick actions will be executed in the same way in the widget and in the component.
This feature is available for quick actions of the SoftExpert Document component. In future versions, according to the development plan of the team responsible for the component, it will be possible to add other quick actions. |
My Tasks central
Improvements have been performed to display the update of the tasks to the user when logging into SE Suite. At first, the tasks are loaded and then automatically updated by the system. The separation of the update of the Execution and Tracking tasks has also been performed to improve the performance.
